We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people in the living room if needed, and there is a +1 extra bed. It's an ideal place for families, groups of friends who want to recharge in a scenic setting.

There are also spar, interspar, lidl, farmers' market and other shops in the area. The style of the guesthouse is kind and close to nature, a real second home! We tried to make it a joyful time for our guests. :)

The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.
