In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.
