A unique experience in a 17th-century house. Fishing is permitted. There is an outdoor barbecue area with seating, and inside the house there is a snooker table, darts, and a Partyboss sound system with a microphone. The house also has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a table tennis table. It is possible to book 2–4 e-bikes in advance. The house is located by a busy road; there are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river, with a pleasant, private natural setting.

Breakfast with a view of the surroundings (offer for an extra fee) and a bottle of wine from 2 or more nights as a courtesy of our Rabštejn wine cellar, will enhance your experience. In the cold months, electric heating is available in the tent (on request and for an additional fee).

It is ideal for small groups, couples or smaller families looking for quiet and comfortable accommodation. We are located 21 km (24 min by car) from Klínovec, 13 km (15 min by car) from the Jáchymov - Klínovec cable car, 11 km (10 min by car) from Karlovy Vary and 15 km from the Plešivec ski resort.
