This apartment is a spoil, as it is my private apartment and I only rent it out when I go overseas for a longer period. So you will feel at home. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.

We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
