For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Lie down on the lambskin, look at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or the fireplace fire – or look outside and be overwhelmed by the incredible mountain view, which you can also enjoy from the lounger and the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal starting point for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the top floor of the house. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Appartment NaMoll is located in the center of the quiet village of Kleindorf, 8km from the ski resort of Mölltaler Gletscher. The house has a large ski room with a shoe dryer, which can also be used for bike storage. There is also free parking on-site. Appartment NaMoll is ideally located for summer and winter holidays. There are many hiking trails, bike trails, water activities, children's activities, proximity to ski resorts.

The chalet is situated on a quiet and sunny mountainside and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The 110m² chalet offers enough space for up to 6 people. It has a spacious living and dining area, which is perfect for sociable evenings. With three bedrooms, it offers enough space for families or groups. Enjoy the sun on the terrace and use the large garden with barbecue for cozy outdoor barbecues.

Holzhutte Andrea

This nature house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it also good for families with children!

Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Flattach! We offer you a vacation home on the farm which is very quietly located. We have a nice and fully furnished apartment with terrace, in a sunny and quiet location. We offer a swimming pool and a children's playground with a swing. Our rabbits, cats and our dog Ricko are looking forward to being petted.
