Bright apartment in quiet residential area, in the neighboring village of Seligenstadt (2 km). It is located on the first floor of a 6-family house, has a parking space right by the house, two balconies, a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The spacious beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You can sleep in the great box-spring bed and/or on the comfortable couch in the living room. The industrial area of Mainhausen can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Meadows and forests as well.

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as a office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Our little dreamer has a style all its own with a beach house feeling. The new small Tiny :-) studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hotplate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Right next to nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is located close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine-Main region and on the edge of the Spessart and Kahlgrund.

Cozily furnished 2-room apartment in Aschaffenburg-Damm. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house. The train station and city center are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. There are shopping opportunities at Dammer Tor Carré, as well as at Tegut or Edeka everything in the shortest distance. A small balcony overlooking the countryside invites you to linger.
