Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Sallrain Hof Apartment 1

The holiday apartment No. 1 at Sallrain Hof is located in Klobenstein/Collalbo and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, and cable and satellite TV. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a south-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

An almost energy carpeted farmhouse, built from the wood from our woods. New design that's inhaled old. Local craftsmanship and beloved pieces of furniture. Clay that breathes. Wood allowed to age. Outside, laid in terraces, vegetables and grain grow, animals graze in the pastures. In addition to the 5 apartments, guests have access to a large common room with an old farmhouse parlor, tables and lounge furniture, as well as a sauna and wooden grill.

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts. Highly functional kitchen, dishwasher, living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom and half bathroom. Magnificent private terrace facing southwest, overlooking the Bolzano valley and offering a priceless view! Dogs are welcome, we ask for a supplement of €15.00 per night to be paid upon departure.

Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Rides

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten" in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool can also be used for an extra fee. A baby cot is available for a fee.

Lichtenstern House

The cosy holiday house "Haus Lichtenstern" is located near Oberbozen (Soprabolzano) on the high plateau of the Ritten (Renon) in South Tyrol and offers space for 6 persons. The modern and charming apartment has a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV as well as a high chair for children are part of the apartment's equipment.
