The holiday apartment No. 1 at Sallrain Hof is located in Klobenstein/Collalbo and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, and cable and satellite TV. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a south-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. A hiking and skiing paradise In just 6.7 km you are in Seis, where you can take the cable car directly to the Alpe di Siusi. One room has a double bed (160 x 200) the other room has 2 single beds.
