Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Badenden has a semi-private beach with changing room, shower and fireplace. In nearby Willerzell there is a sailing and kitesurfing school. Einsiedeln invites you to visit the monastery with the Black Madonna, with shopping and restaurants.

The property offers a double bed and a sofa bed in the same room. The small kitchenette allows you to prepare simple meals. The studio has a spacious bathroom with a toilet and shower. A parking space is available for our guests.

A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
