Our apartment is close to the centre (about 15 minutes' walk to the train station) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool (summer), the sports centre, ice rink (winter), tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Geniessen und erholen mitten in der Natur in unserem heimeligen Haus. Umgeben vom Wald und den Bergen liegt es auf einer idyllischen Lichtung mit vier anderen Häuser, zwischen Davos/Klosters. Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Open living room and kitchen with dining area, flat screen tv and fireplace makes for a perfect cozy evening after a day on the mountain.

The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
