Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Our apartment is close to the centre (about 15 minutes' walk to the train station) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool (summer), the sports centre, ice rink (winter), tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.
