Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Large windows open up the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquillity included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in approx. 60 m². Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed way, child-friendly beach in 10 min on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

In our Gartenahaus Schwalbennest you can relax wonderfully. We have consciously refrained from setting up a TV, so that it is very easy to get out of everyday life and arrive in the oasis by the sea. The garden shed is a small but fine cottage where you don't have to do without amenities. On the sleeping level, romantic sleeping for two is possible. Right in the morning, you can have your breakfast on the sunny terrace.
