Perfect for relaxing, hiking, cycling or simply enjoying – in the middle of the nature of the Volcanic Eifel.

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) incl. Bed linen. The kitchenette is well equipped with 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.
