The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The property is close to many shops and about 1.5 km from the beach. There are 2 single beds in the room on the first floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

There are 2 restaurants very close by. Large terrace. I do not rent to families with children under the age of 8. You must not wear outdoor shoes indoors. Copenhagen is a 45 minute drive. It's only a 15-minute drive to Stevns Klint.
