Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Approximately 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village, there is a gas station, a kiosk with street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a health center. Grocery store is in the nearby towns - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Our lovely cottage with room for 8 people is rented out in the summer (when we are not using it ourselves. Only 4 rentals). 4 bedrooms, 4 good beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice enclosed garden, lovely large outdoor room with dining area, beach ground with bathing jetty (300 m) here is room for fun at tables. 2 bedrooms are in a small annex. As well as one bathroom. Terrace and barbecue. In addition, covered terrace with lounge furniture. Sun loungers for 6 people. Not for rent to youth groups.

It is located in the middle of the shopping area and just a 2-minute walk from the station, from which you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10-minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In summer, noise from the street at night may sometimes be expected
