The home is a guest home for the main house where the host lives. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Welcome to a lovely villa apartment on two floors in Strøby Egede. An external staircase takes you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m ² on the 2nd floor and 21 m ² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a double bedroom and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3rd floor is 185-200 cm.
