Cozy and renovated house in an idyllic country estate. 7 km south of Køge centre, this property is located in a quiet and rural setting. The house is next to the main house and is on 2 floors, containing a newer kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a large room upstairs with access to a terrace overlooking horse pastures and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to a cozy courtyard with spa. There is 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

You will be close to everything when you live our townhouse. Three minutes walk from Køge station with fast train connections to Copenhagen. The home is on the pedestrian street overlooking Sankt Nikolai church in a quiet farm. Private parking space in the yard, two double bedrooms and a small children's room with bunk bed. There is the possibility of an extra child. From all the bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony. From the living room there is access to the terrace. We don't have a TV package, but a screen to stream on.

Beautiful townhouse with lovely light in a quiet area. Nice, large terrace where you can sit completely undisturbed and drink your morning coffee. There is room for parking your car right in front. 400 m to grocery store. 7 minutes by car to Køge, which is an incredibly charming, old market town. 15 minutes by car to a beautiful beach. Køge Nord Station is a few km away, where both the S-train and regional trains depart. 27 minutes away from there is Copenhagen Central Station and everything that Copenhagen has to offer.

The house is located on the main road and 5 minutes from the highway to Copenhagen (30 minutes) and Copenhagen Airport (35 minutes). Large terrace and close to the beautiful large forest called Åsen. Køge is a very cozy town with lots of local shops in the center and a shopping mall with High Street brands. Only 10 minutes to the beach and marina by bike or car.

Free parking You'll have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base. The house contains a living room, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with 180 * 200 cm bed, a small room with 140 * 200cm bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Cleaning fee of 450 kr includes a linen package. If you want to bring your own towels, bed linen, tea towels, the cleaning fee is 200 kr. The difference of 250 DKK will be paid after arrival.

3 km south of Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.
