Unique luxury villa in the first place for the water. This accommodation in Karlslunde Strand combines an exciting architectural expression with a great location. The 238 m2 of living space offers rooftop to kip and sea views in all rooms. In addition, there is a staggered ground floor of 60 m2 with pool table, table football and darts as well as a 60 m2 heated garage. The whole glory of a total of 360 square meters is located on a large plot of 1,197 square meters by the most magnificent sandy beach with a jetty right in front of the house.

Cheerful villa in good location for all

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. There is plenty for children and adults who just want to relax, enjoy the beach or laze in the garden. The house has three beds, two regular double beds and a bunk bed for children. The bunk beds measure 90 * 180 each. Otherwise, the house has kitchen, living room, playroom, large driveway, large wooden terrace with various furniture arrangements, gas grill, swimming pool (for children) 2 * 3 * 0.8 meters. S-train to Copenhagen and shopping with more about 4-5 minutes walk from the house.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. The villa is completely newly built with a great location and views on a quiet residential road away from noise and in child-friendly surroundings. Our house is perfect for summer vacation in the middle of the beach for 1 or 2 families with children. 2x cars can park at the house in the carport.
