The location is just a short scooter ride from local spots. Great stay, especially if you enjoy calm and peaceful vibes.

Hien è stata una delle migliori host che abbia mai incontrato. Fin dal primo momento mi ha accolto come un amico, condividendo con me i segreti del posto, consigliandomi sui prodotti locali e indicandomi dove acquistarli al miglior prezzo. Inoltre, mi ha accompagnato in diverse escursioni straordinarie tra cascate, isole e sessioni di snorkeling. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare da lei per vivere un'autentica esperienza in una casa locale! Grazie mille Hien, ci vediamo quando torno a Phu Quoc!!

Проводил отдых с супругой в бунгало у Joe в конце февраля (2 недели). Все как на фото. Другие отзывы с площадки почти все соответствовали реальности. Рядом рестораны/ кафе, мы насчитали около 15. Как правило еда вкусная и ценник более менее адекватен, но есть и такие, где еда просто отвратительная. До пляжа идти минуты 4, если быстро до за 2 можно дойти :) Сам пляж: пляж как пляж, но и плохим нельзя назвать. Имейте ввиду, что от города не близки (если вам это важно), именно громко потусоваться ночью тут негде (хотя и в городе таких мест особо не заметили, в отличие от того же курорта в Нячанге (но там и население города в разы больше). Это не минус, просто особенность. Сам хозяин оперативно отвечает и решает вопросы. У нас неожиданно сложилась неприятная ситуация в один из дней, довольно быстро решили с его помощью. Сама локация, если судить в общем: пожалуй наиболее оптимальна на всем острове.

The perfect low key stay. Peaceful place to unwind. Short walk to a pretty beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Fast internet (crystal clear Zoom calls for work). Joe was a great host. Very responsive and was able to handle all our special requests.

We loved the place. Although it was not really easy to find, the place makes up for it. You live in a hughe house with an open feeling towards nature and private spaces inside. Everything is well built and very unique. The design is great. Uyen took care of us perfectly. She gave us tips where to go and organized everything for us. We are very thankful for the great help. Internet works very well. With the motorbike the beach is nit far. To most things you need a driver or a motorbike which you can rent at the apartment. In walking distance to the left on the mainstreet you find two nice cafes and to the right maybe the best burger on the island at "happy bites". Definitely worth to go there one night. The owners are very nice and the burgers are great.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was everything we expected and much more! I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Samrith . La Grande Chambre Neuve Et Propre Avec Balcon offre une splendide vue sur Sihanoukville, la mer et la verdure . Le lit est tout neuf et très confortable . Aucun bruit . J’avais usage de la cuisine et du salon climatisé et me suis préparé de bon petits plats occidentaux . La maison est situé en haut d’une colline dans un quartier typique khmer . il y a plusieurs routes d’accès depuis Sihanoukville centre qui se trouve à 5 minutes de moto par les raccourcis . Samrith parle anglais et est adorable et a fait de son possible pour que je me sentent au mieux chez elle . Elle est de très bon conseils et saura vous aider si besoin . Elle a un magnifique chien doux et gentil . il est facile de garer sa moto à l’entrée de la maison sous un auvent sécurisé . En résumé , j’ai adoré ces 15 jours chez Samrith . Lors de min prochain passage à Sihanoukville je reviendrai sans hésitation . Le seul reproche est que la Wifi n’est pas stable .
