Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for about 12 people. An atmospheric house by the sea. There is also another rental house in the yard. Additional services: Linens/towels 8 e/person. Final cleaning 150 e/house. Beach sauna and beach cottage in common use, if the outdoor pool is not rented for private use only. Our outdoor pool with air-water heat pump 150e/rental period. Order at least 1 day before arrival from the owner.

Welcome to a neat and cozy 3 bedroom cottage along the Vääräjoki river. The cottage has a toilet/bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. Quiet yet easy to access location in a rural environment. In use all year round. Firewood is available for the fireplace and for heating the sauna. Lean-to in the yard. The cottage has an open kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is no Wi-Fi connection, mobile network coverage in the area is good.

Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Nybyggt strandhus på fridfullt läge med privat strand och brygga. 2,5 km in till Jakobstads centrum och fina motionsspår nära. Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
