We loved our stay at Jenni’s apartment! It was easy to find and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in! Everything was so clean and well decorated! Jenni has a great binder full of information including instruction manuals for the appliances which came in handy for us being from the US along with local recommendations. The apartment is walkable to many nearby stores and restaurants but we did have a car on our stay. Jenni is also always very quick to respond with anything that we may have needed which is very much appreciated! We loved that we had our own personal sauna! Everything about our stay here was amazing and we would highly recommend! If we come back to this town again in the future we would stay here again!!!

Beautiful house with everything you need, located in a beautiful park with also a wonderful pond, especially at sunset. Nina is very kind, welcomed us in person and explained everything we needed to know, she also offered us apple juice produced at the time by her and her husband. Small cottage highly recommended, complete with attached sauna and small terrace, a pleasant winter garden and a rocking chair. Parking is available on site.

Jacob Oasis turned out to be a great find and perfect place for us to have a birthday getaway! The house is very well equipped, and even though it was very windy during our stay, we enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and just looking at the water and watching sunrises. We even had a photoshoot! Great deal, highly recommended!

We had a good time. The place was very well equipped, clean, and very atmospheric. The guest's comfort was invested in. Communication was clear and quick, and we got some great tips about the local nature trail and restaurant. We had two dogs with us, who were also very comfortable. From the yard, you could walk directly down a calmer road. I recommend for both short and longer trips.

A clean and tidy place to stay. Cozy and functional small apartment. Cozy and everything you need. Central but peaceful location and surroundings. Dealing with the host was smooth and very friendly. Responded quickly, which was a big plus. All in all, it was a pleasant and positive experience of the stay.

Very beautiful apartment that matches the description. Cleanliness and a pleasant bed deserves a special mention. Apartment idyllic and stylish down to the garden. It was super easy, the answer to the question came quickly. Highly recommend and would love to come again 😊

Absolutely wonderful stay and I could imagine living here! Neristan is a beautiful and very peaceful area close to services. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything necessary (and more) was found in the apartment. The fruit was a surprise! A full 10 stay that I'll definitely be back when I come to Kokkola. Thanks!❤️

Communication with Eva was smooth and fast, both in advance and when needed. The apartment was very spacious and bright! A positive special mention of a sturdy sofa bed that was a good place to sleep. Highly recommend this place!
