The downstairs room is used for guest accommodation and also serves as a gallery for my original paintings (which are also for sale), creating an artistic atmosphere. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Légkondicionálóval ellátott, kényelmes, praktikus kis lakás. A lakáshoz tartozó hangulatos kertben jól eshet a reggeli kávé, étkezés. A Bazilika és a városközpont néhány perces sétával elérhető. Száz méterre folyik a Duna, amely mentén a városközpontig és a Szlovákiába vezető hídig bicikliút, sétány vezet. A hídon átsétálhatunk Párkány főterére, egy jó szlovák csapolt sörre. Az apartman előtt ingyenes a parkolás. Bicikliseknek előny, hogy a zárt kertben biztonságosan elhelyezhetik a kerékpárt.
