Our holiday home has a living area of 70 square metres. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighbourhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced off to a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the property, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.
