The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Here you have an ideal starting point for hikes and exploration tours into the rock world of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with its mountains to conquer and wildly romantic valleys. The city center and public transport S-Bahn, bus and boat are a 10-15 minute walk away.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. Our apartment, renovated in the style of the period of rapid industrial growth in Germany, is located in the middle of the silk flower city of Sebnitz. With 75 m², it offers space. In Sebnitz, everything is within walking distance and the bus station is only 300 meters away. Great hiking trails start very close by.

The apartment is located in the health resort of Gohrisch in the middle of the idyllic Saxon Switzerland with 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. There are two more apartments of different sizes in Villa Blau. Villa Blau has a large property to relax with seating and barbecue area.

Our cozy apartment in a quiet location is on the first floor of our house. The fabulous hiking world of Saxon Switzerland begins right on our doorstep. For example, you can walk to the over 240 meter high Königstein Fortress in just 30 minutes. Day trips to Dresden and Prague are easily possible.
