It is 150 meters away from the Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is brand new. It has never been used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük.
