Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Our bungalow is located in the local recreation area of Pretzien near Schönebeck. Here you have the opportunity to really unwind on the approx. 700 square meter, fenced property and enjoy the tranquility. Other outdoor highlights include: - our BBQ corner, - the table tennis table, - a pool - enough space in the garden Within walking distance you can reach up to 20 lakes, a diving school, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants and the holiday park in Plötzky.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

House with a garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). By car, it's about 20 minutes to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out lounger. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

Vaters Haus is a romantic gem in the old craft district. Between the tailor and the butcher, there was a tiny hairdresser here. Eberhard Eisfeld, artist and architecture lover, rebuilt his "snail house" in 10 years so individually that you can still feel the love and his humor today. We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
