In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu hessen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist spontan buchbar!

Complete studio in converted horse stable

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The brand new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

Vacation home within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer

Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer, lies our simple but complete vacation home. The cottage is separate from our own house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and take a seat on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. The location makes this a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

Welcome to the apartment in our 1930s home in Vlissingen. Relax and unwind in this stylish and fully furnished space. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. Including linens. You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.
