Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

You can prepare your breakfast and other meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area, and there is also a balcony where you can relax if the weather is favorable. Close to Boulevard, beach and dunes. 2 km to the Westerschelde ferry and 6 km to Middelburg.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

This completely newly furnished apartment is located near the beach (10-minute walk), from the balcony you have a nice view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily decorated with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Balcony on the southwest and a private parking space. The kitchen has an oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. WiFi available. There is a playground to play. Towels and bedding are provided.

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

Right in the heart of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural attractions and public transport are steps away. Breakfast in the patio, to the abbey, wandering around the city and closing the evening with (self-prepared) dinner and a visit to the local cinema. On the edge of the picturesque village of Aagtekerke and only 2 kilometers away from Domburg, you can enjoy the wide view in our beautiful guest house in peace. This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
