Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

What a tranquil and beautiful place and Anna’s hostessing is remarkable from cake every day to friendly advice given via google translate! A little small for 3 adults but perfect for two. Beautiful swimming on the beach just metres away. Some roads to access other beaches are really poor on Kythnos so do your research first. It’s a very unspoilt and beautiful place and I hope it manages to remain so.

We stayed for a week in September, and wished it could have been longer. For complete relaxation, swimming and quietness, it couldn't have been better. Constantinos and his mother, Niki (who live above), made us feel very at home from the moment we arrived. Such a lovely warm welcome with home made cheese pie included. All very clean and well set up. We spent very little time inside, preferring the various outdoor spaces for relaxing and just looking out to sea. Wonderful view across the bay. 5 min easy walk to the beach, which has several trees for shade and the use of little chairs Beautiful clean water. When we were there the little cafe was closed, but easy to bring picnics from the house. We were so happy there we became rather lazy about going out. The hosts are very discreet, but are more than happy to help if necessary with plenty of recommendations. Thank you for a very special week and so enjoyed talking to you Niki about coming to the island and your family.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. Many thanks to the hosts.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is of great quality and has everything one would want for a short or longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. The beach is walkable - although the way back is up a very steep hill. The local tavernas had great food. Otzias is close to the main port and only 10-15 minutes away from supermarkets, a pharmacy and more restaurants. The beaches on the South side of the island are a bit further (30-40 mins conservative driving) but they make a great day outing. All in all this was a great place to stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. 5 stars.

We felt very comfortable. The balcony was our home and often we bathed the few steps down to the sea in the almost deserted bay. I would especially like to commend the huge bed with an excellent mattress, where we slept excellently with sea noise. The only thing I would like to note that the furnishings of the rest of the apartment could be improved a bit, with the kitchen equipment being very good. Highly recommended place to stay!

The house is perfectly located, very cozy and the terrace and the view are fantastic. You have everything you need (even within walking distance). The contact with Joannis was also great with lots of tips. He always responded almost immediately to questions. Thank you so much I'd love to come back!

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Our extended family of 9 loved our stay at Astarte Sunset Villa! We ranged in age from 6 years to 71 years old; the house is well suited to both age groups.The house was immaculate, the location beautiful, and the hosts (Dimitrios, Jason and Sophocles, ) were extremely responsive. They regularly brought things to make our stay more comfortable - from frying pans to pool rafts. The younger ones enjoyed spending time on the pool floats, picking lemons from the garden trees to make lemonade, and finding sea creatures in the tide pools at the beach.The older crowd enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching and playing with the little ones, and appreciated that there were minimal steps to climb. The views on all sides were Amazing esp. the Sunset ! What an Apt. name for this beautiful villa ! The house and grounds are spacious. There is ample space for gathering both outdoors and indoors and the beach is steps away. Make sure you bring water shoes as the beach has small rocks. The bathrooms

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house. I hope we will get a chance to return to make more memories. Absolutely beautiful decor, location and service. Can’t say enough good things about it! X

You can find there everything you need for comfortable stay (and also cooking🧑‍🍳). We totally recommend the host & place ❤️

Love, love, love this house. perfectly situated near the water in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Walk to the beach, short drive to town with lots of restaurants and shops. Sofia made us feel like family - welcomed with such kindness. I would love to return to this property! With much Gratitude.

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.
