Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

What a tranquil and beautiful place and Anna’s hostessing is remarkable from cake every day to friendly advice given via google translate! A little small for 3 adults but perfect for two. Beautiful swimming on the beach just metres away. Some roads to access other beaches are really poor on Kythnos so do your research first. It’s a very unspoilt and beautiful place and I hope it manages to remain so.

We stayed for a week in September, and wished it could have been longer. For complete relaxation, swimming and quietness, it couldn't have been better. Constantinos and his mother, Niki (who live above), made us feel very at home from the moment we arrived. Such a lovely warm welcome with home made cheese pie included. All very clean and well set up. We spent very little time inside, preferring the various outdoor spaces for relaxing and just looking out to sea. Wonderful view across the bay. 5 min easy walk to the beach, which has several trees for shade and the use of little chairs Beautiful clean water. When we were there the little cafe was closed, but easy to bring picnics from the house. We were so happy there we became rather lazy about going out. The hosts are very discreet, but are more than happy to help if necessary with plenty of recommendations. Thank you for a very special week and so enjoyed talking to you Niki about coming to the island and your family.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon war unser Zuhause und oft sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer hinunter baden gegangen in der fast menschenleeren Bucht. Besonders loben möchte ich das riesige Bett mit einer ausgezeichneten Matratze, wo wir bei Meeresrauschen vorzüglich schliefen. Einzigst anmerken möchte ich, dass die Einrichtung der übrigen Wohnung etwas aufgebessert werden könnte, wobei die Küchenausstattung sehr gut ist. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse und der Blick sind traumhaft. Man hat alles (sogar in Laufnähe), was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Joannis war ebenfalls super mit vielen Tipps. Er hat bei Fragen immer quasi sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Our extended family of 9 loved our stay at Astarte Sunset Villa! We ranged in age from 6 years to 71 years old; the house is well suited to both age groups.The house was immaculate, the location beautiful, and the hosts (Dimitrios, Jason and Sophocles, ) were extremely responsive. They regularly brought things to make our stay more comfortable - from frying pans to pool rafts. The younger ones enjoyed spending time on the pool floats, picking lemons from the garden trees to make lemonade, and finding sea creatures in the tide pools at the beach.The older crowd enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching and playing with the little ones, and appreciated that there were minimal steps to climb. The views on all sides were Amazing esp. the Sunset ! What an Apt. name for this beautiful villa ! The house and grounds are spacious. There is ample space for gathering both outdoors and indoors and the beach is steps away. Make sure you bring water shoes as the beach has small rocks. The bathrooms

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

Siamo stati soddisfatti al 100% del nostro soggiorno, tanto che ci piacerebbe tornare un giorno. Host super disponibile e gentile. La casa è piccola ma perfetta per due persone, molto pulita, c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare ed è stupendo mangiare fuori vista mare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. Spiaggia molto tranquilla e con facile accesso. La zona si raggiunge molto facilmente. Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare qua!

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

Notre séjour dans cette maison de rêve a été parfait! Aegli a été une hôte adorable, prévenante et très réactive. Un immense merci à elle! La maison et l’emplacement étaient encore plus beaux que sur les photos…la maison est cosy, moderne, très bien aménagée, très propre et avec une excellente literie. L’espace extérieur et la vue: le paradis sur terre :) Nous avons aussi adoré Kea, île peu connue mais très belle avec de jolis villages et des balades superbes. Des vacances parfaites !

Emma’s house offre tout l’espace et le confort souhaités pour un séjour relaxant à quelques pas d’une plage magnifique. La vaste terrasse et le jardin qui entoure la piscine sont de toute beauté et offrent un cadre privé très agréable. Très rapidement l’impression d’être chez soi, à la maison, s’impose. Le jardin, la piscine et le ménage sont entretenus avec soin, en toute discrétion. De plus, Thodoris, notre hôte, est très disponible et de très bon conseil. Il veille au bon déroulement de votre séjour de la réservation jusqu’à votre départ d’Emma’s house. Une très belle expérience et une forte envie d’y revenir!!

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der kleinen Ferienanlage genutzt wird. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.. und vom Bett aus konnte man das Meer sehen!

Séjour parfait, Fotis a été un super hôte malgré notre arrivé tardive le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin était la. La maison est très propre, Fotis est très réactive et la vue est à couper le souffle le jour et la nuit (période de pleine lune). Si nous revenons en Grèce un jour nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter. Un grand merci pour votre logement qui nous a fait passer un séjour merveilleux.

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.
