The 2-bedroom room apartment is a little elevated, but still centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal area. The ski resorts in the Oberland can be reached shortly. Adelboden 23 km, Grindelwald 36 km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a also fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher expectations. Our beautiful home is located right above the harbor of the lovely village of Spiez. Near the house lies a quiet park through which the train station and the local town can be reached within 5 walking minutes. The harbor with access to the lake and different restaurants is also very close and only a few minutes away. There are so many things to do in the region - and Spiez is the ideal spot to start! Interlaken with all its activities is reachable by train in not more than 20 min.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
