Ruhe, Weite, Inspiration! Für kreatives Arbeiten und zum Erholen traumhaft gelegen. Unweit Berlin (1h), mitten im Naturschutzgebiet liegt die historische königliche Oberförsterei fast in Einzellage. Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

Genießen Sie die Ruhe und die Schönheit der zauberhaften ländlichen Umgebung. Die herbschöne Landschaft Brandenburgs, die wegen ihrer zahlreichen Seen und Wälder ihre Natürlichkeit bewahren konnte, lädt zum Radfahren, Wandern, Boot fahren und Schwimmen ein.

Pure relaxation surrounded by animals, meadows, fields and forests. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Das kleine Dorf Kraatz liegt im Land Brandenburg nur 50 km von Berlin entfernt und gehört zum Städtchen Gransee. Außerhalb des Dorfkerns, Richtung Häsen, gelangt man zum Abzweig, der zur Siedlung führt. Ein Ruheort fernab der Stadt.
