The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just time all to yourself, you've come to the right place! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby/guest bed in the bedroom if required. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is located in the middle of an organically cultivated 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN in the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price; please contact us if required. Whether you have a NÖ-Card or not, we are in a very central location for various tourist attractions such as Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens and many more. The house is a living space, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybirds) are possible.

The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
