The location in the Alauntal, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with seclusion and the garden to relax and play. Unfortunately, you don't have a cell phone network in the house and bad cell phone in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful cycling routes (bike room available).

We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
