Four guests stay in comfortable double rooms with double beds, a bathroom and a separate WC. The fantastic combined kitchen-living-dining room, the lovely balcony and the small garden are impressive. One parking space on the property available free of charge. The location is fantastic! A great base for hiking and visiting wine taverns.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and a Romanesque church, between the Waldviertel and Weinviertel regions near Eggenburg. Cosy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-diner. Sleeping area can be separated with a curtain. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, a sand playground, a table tennis table and a lovely bathing area in the village are freely available to you. Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The bungalow for sole use is located directly at the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet/single location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the preserved building in the grassland. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and relaxation pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The place Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you can take a boat trip.
