Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone at any time of the year. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also fire up the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove.
