The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

Our house has five apartments. This apartment is 28 square meters, has a bathroom and a kitchenette (without oven). It is also equipped with a TV, coffee maker, microwave and everything you can see in the photos. In our laundry room on the 2nd floor you will find everything else, such as the washing machine with dryer function, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner or the washing tower.

Welcome to the accessible apartment Gransee in Kreuztal - Eichen! The modern, accessible apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and can accommodate 2 people. On 75 m² of living area are living room, bedroom, kitchen as well as bathroom and toilet. Front garden with terrace. It is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. 

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
