In unserem Wohnhaus in Kreuztal-Buschhütten bieten wir eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Ferien- bzw- Gästewohnung an. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Alle Räume sind hochwertig ausgestattet und bieten für maximal 3 Personen (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind) allen notwendigen Komfort. Wir sind auch auf Kleinkinder und Babies eingerichtet. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls eine möblierte Außenterrasse mit Markise. Auch ein Stellplatz ist vorhanden.

60 sqm apartment as an annex apartment with its own entrance and terrace as well as a parking space. The landlords live in the house and are happy to help with any questions or issues. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood (purely residential area), but with good transport links and is therefore suitable for families who want to enjoy the beautiful nature of the surroundings as well as for business travelers (expressway and highway within 5 minutes).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is close to the university and close to several hospitals. It is the starting point for hikes in the area, e.g. Rothaarsteig and Sauerland. Shopping and bus stops are within walking distance. The nearest train station/bus station is one kilometer away. From the sunny balcony, you have a great view of the neighboring forests and over the city. The apartment is bright and spacious.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Enjoy the tranquility of this centrally-located place. Cornermans-the apartment is located in a small village between Siegen, Netphen, Kreuztal and Hilchenbach. The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

It is also equipped with a TV, coffee maker, microwave and everything you can see in the photos. In our laundry room on the 2nd floor you will find everything else, such as the washing machine with dryer function, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner or the washing tower.

Beautiful holiday apartment in Kreuztal-Krombach

The lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment is located in the attic with a beautiful view of the Kindelsberg. Beautifully quiet location and yet central: within walking distance in a few minutes many shopping facilities, but also the Siegerland Höhenring (hiking trail) can be reached. The city of Siegen with its historic old town and Olpe am Biggesee are each just 20 km away.
