Gretel's favourite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 sqm. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground and the sauna, but you can also quickly reach the motorway to explore the surrounding area.

Arrive and feel good.... that is our motto and wish for you! Our apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

Cosy mini apartment in Mittweida-Lauenhain – ideal for short breaks or visits to family and friends. In a rural location between Chemnitz, Leipzig & Dresden. In a space of 17 m², you will find a loft bed, a mini kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is located on a busy street. The windows are well soundproofed; however, when the windows are open, street traffic can be clearly audible.

Take the whole family to this great accommodation not far from Karl's adventure village, Leipzig, Dreden and Chemnitz with many beautiful corners to explore. However, it is also suitable for mechanics, as the motorway slip road towards Dresden and Leipzig is about 10 minutes from us, and it takes about 25 minutes to get to the motorway via Chemnitz.
