Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning bath, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, climbing park and new park area with play equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. 1st floor apartment in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host himself lives on the 2nd floor.
