The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

1st floor apartment in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. A 160 bed and a crib on the other. Well-equipped kitchen with most things you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host himself lives on the 2nd floor.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
