Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and the Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

Øygarden

Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old, but restored to today's standard even though much of the old wood has been used further. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. There is also a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack on local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the surrounding area. It is also great to go fishing for trout in the water

Wilderness Tower - TreeTop Fiddan

Located in the middle of the Sørland wilderness between two lakes far from people and roads. Treetop cabin with 4 floors - a real return to nature experience! Great level of comfort with great beds, panoramic views, and well-equipped kitchen. The only heat source is the wood stove and the cabin is lit only with candles and battery lamp. Good old-fashioned outhouse down on the forest floor. Fire pit, canoe, rowboat, carpenter's workshop and climbing net can be used freely. Hot tub and sauna have an extra cost.

Your own boat and private jetty make it easy to fish, swim and explore the fjord. Haus Fjordblick is a registered tourist fishing business, and we issue the necessary export documentation for fish. Lyngdal town centre with shops, restaurants and activities is only 7 km away. The area offers great hiking and excursion opportunities for the whole family.

Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

For the adventurous, we offer use of a rowboat, canoe, and paddleboards, with excellent fishing right outside. The area is good for hiking in the summer and the snow-sure Høgås ski center is only a 10-minute drive away and offers excellent cross-country trails.

Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

The area is very child-friendly with several hiking and activity opportunities outside the door. There are also several beaches, as well as playgrounds and exercise facilities (padel tennis, etc.). Short distance to the gym and grocery stores (4 min), city center (10 min), Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken (15 min).

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

If you want a holiday in Sørlandet right by the beautiful Nidelva, this is the place. The cabin is beautifully located by Nidelva, 7 km from Arendal and 15 km from Grimstad. Nidelva has 3 outlets to the sea, where one flows out at Arendal city centre and the other two flow out towards Torungen lighthouse. There is little movement in the river in the summer since the cabin is located at sea level.
