Large apartment. Downtown. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with lovely garden that must be experienced! Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Immediate proximity to Marken, with cafés, shops, culture and city life 😊 Walking distance to several of Kristiansand's gems, such as the city beach, the fishing pier, the promenade and Kilden. 10 minutes by car to the Zoo.

Food store Kiwi and Coop Extra in Hauge city centre, about 8 km. The apartment is on the top floor. The landlord lives on the main floor.
