Holiday rentals with a sauna in Krmed

The cottage and the terrace are really like the pictures, all the amenities are beautifully thought out and available. We are happy with our stay, Ingrid and Michael are very nice hosts and live in the upper part of the house, but with occasional encounters, they give you as much privacy as they can.

The apartment is tidy, but there is a strong smell of humidity. The toilet is super big and tidy, very nice. The people who run the apartment didn't know that they also had underfloor heating that I found and turned on myself, and heats the floor in the toilet and living room. When this is on it does not need AC in the winter. It was missing a napkin, salt, pepper, and oil at least okay for guests to have who are there for a few days, not that we have to buy everything. Dish detergent was missing so they brought us, although there is a dishwashing machine that also didn't have at least 2 washing tablets. Also the light in the fridge does not work. The couch where I slept is uncomfortable does not have a mattress topper and in the middle of your back as you sleep and pierce the board. I gave good ratings because it's not bad, but they could have met those needs, they did, because I have a place to stay and it means a lot when the host thinks about the little things they mean for people who are traveling and don't have to carry those basics with them.

We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Arsen was always available immediately and very friendly! We had beautiful relaxing days and took advantage of the small wellness oasis. It was really very nice, clean and high quality.

This Airbnb was by far my absolute favorite stay ever! Everything about it was perfect—the space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. The host’s attention to detail made all the difference, from the thoughtful touches around the property to the seamless communication throughout my stay. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and charm. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out above the rest. I can’t recommend it enough and hope to return someday!

A great place to recommend, everything matched the description and photos. The host is a very positive and honest person, he made clear about the rules of using the accommodation. Before arrival, he shared all the information he needed about the location and was in constant contact. He responded quickly to every question. He provided comprehensive details about the neighborhood. All with a big smile on your face :) The view from the penthouse terrace is annoying 🤩 The pool is a nice soothing in the heat, sun bathing on comfortable sunbeds, coffee on the deck with a captivating view, what more could you want? Highly recommended!❤️ Our recommendations: Walk along the promenade towards Iki and Opatija. Lucica restaurant with fresh and delicious seafood and especially hake. Opatje,Kolloseum bar where there are delicious drinks and a beautiful view. Deer Beach - a difficult descent (but we made it with an infant in the carrier). Beach, small, wild boar with perfect smooth pebbles and a million dollar view.

Very nice and well maintained apartment, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and private parking in the underground garage. Simply recommended!

Mariette was super friendly and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment was clean, inlcuding a newly renovated kitchen with all needed equipment. We had a nice stay and would absolutely recommend her place. Thanks for the small gift before we left, wishing you all the best!!

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

A beautiful house where nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick responses and helpful tips!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Everything was really perfect. Beautiful house at a quit place. Ana was so kind and friendly to us. The communication was also great. We highly recommend this villa and would always coming back.

The place was close too perfect for us!!! Everything was clean and above all very brightly designed. The host had responded immediately to questions or requests. The only thing families with babies/ infants who need a bed should keep in mind. Even if it says there is in the accommodation, it is not. You HAVE TO register in advance that you need a side bed. But this was also clarified super quickly and we had the bed there in a few hours. The location is very quiet in itself, but there is nothing to do there, especially not on foot. But you can get everywhere by car. Nearby there were some supermarkets that were also open until 9 pm. The beach was also within 10 minutes by car. We can definitely recommend the place for families 👍

I really enjoyed this accommodation! I especially appreciated the large, fenced outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing outside while providing privacy and security. The playground was great for the kids and allowed everyone to have fun outdoors. The house itself is spacious, giving a comfortable and open feel, and everything was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this accommodation for the families, as it offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
