The holiday home "Up Besöök" was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward . The house is equipped with a smart home system , which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting. The " Wildrose " apartment is on the ground floor of the house and offers very high quality furnishings . The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV .When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace , which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight of the apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna . So you can warm up in your private wellness oasis after a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x200) . Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe and extra large duvets (155x220) . In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted frames offer the desired level of comfort .The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail . A washer-dryer is also available in the apartment. A parking space is available for you free of charge directly at the house , and bicycles can also be safely parked and charged in a separate bicycle shed . The "Up Besöök" is located in the Krummhorn village of Upleward , from here it is only 2 km to the dry beach , there is a swimming area behind the dike and a nice playground for children. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Nice cooking, good conversations by the fireplace, relaxing in the outdoor sauna between the trees or in the hot tub on the terrace under the starry sky. But you can also use my house to work quietly in an inspiring location in the middle of nature. In the night, the entire forest garden is beautiful and subtly lit. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and ancient megalithic tombs.

The 80 square meter apartment "Silbermöwe" is located on the upper floor and offers on two floors up to 6 persons everything needed for a relaxing break of the extra class; in addition to a wood-burning fireplace, there is also a sauna in the apartment. On the second floor you will find one of the three bedrooms of the apartment from which you have a breathtaking view of the Leyhör nature reserve. In addition, the apartment has a car parking space at the house.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Welcome to Haus Maarweg, which can accommodate 10 people. The house has 5 large double bedrooms. In addition, there is a large, new fitted kitchen. The upstairs living room with a cozy fireplace creates an airy atmosphere. Two bathrooms with bath and shower provide comfort (one as a hot tub).
