we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

ONE THING IS VERY IMPORTANT: The house is not necessarily suitable for people with walking difficulties and adults with small children due to steep and narrow stairs.

After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.
