It has been ecologically refurbished, restored with old building materials and with attention to detail and can accommodate 5 people. The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

Our apartment is located directly in the center of Redefin. A bakery with a small café and a small shop are located directly across the street. The state stud farm of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is located in Redefin. However, the place is not only inviting for horse fans. Many events take place at the stud farm every year, not just for horse fans, such as the exhibition Lebens-Art at the beginning of June or concerts of the MV Festival.

On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

Our accommodation offers you a very well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area in the living room as well as a terrace that invites you to sunbathe. For the cool days, we also offer you a fireplace and a sauna A special highlight is the separately fenced lake property with jetty (100m from the house). On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms with 2 or 4 beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating.

Here you can stop off spontaneously, end the evening by the fireplace or in the beer garden.
