You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Der westlich Balkon bietet Meerblick incl. Sonnenuntergängen. Die Suites liegen an der Promenade in Börgerende und direkt am Meer. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein modernes Boxspringbett (1,80m x 2,10m). Die offene Küche mit integriertem Essbereich ist komplett modern ausgestattet. SPA-Bereich inklusive.

Beachtime

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

The extension of the pier is the beach road with many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the brewery. Here the beach hut is slightly set back about 500 m from the beach. A Mediterranean terrace with two beach chairs invites you to relax.
