Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
