Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or even by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the HH, overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

The apartment is an old store, a former bakery, which has been converted into a living studio by various Leipzig painters and artists over the years. Conveniently located in Plagwitz, the old cotton mill with its countless art galleries, the Westwerk and Karl-Heine-Straße, with its wide range of restaurants and culinary delights, are all within walking distance. Unfortunately the oven door broke. The stovetops still work though!

The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
