Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location surrounded by greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction cooker, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cozy double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Enough storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a toboggan run, MTB trails and hiking trails. The Fichtelsee can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Please request a child discount!
