Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Das ruhig gelegene Apartment am Ortsrand von Oberaltertheim befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Der kleine fränkische Ort liegt idyllisch eingebettet im Altbachtal südwestlich von Würzburg. Zur Bundesautobahn A81-Gerchsheim sind es lediglich 4 km und zur A3-Kist etwa 8 km. Im Ort sind eine Bäckerei- und Metzgereifiliale, sowie ein Bio-Hofladen (nur an Werktagen geöffnet) und ein Geldautomat. Wenige km entfernt befinden sich in benachbarten Orten weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Tankstellen

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

Apartment in Walldürn with fantastic garden

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Small, modern apartment with 35 m² in a quiet location near Würzburg. The picturesque wine village is framed between Volkenberg and Main, orchards and vineyards. Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in the lovely Erlabrunn. Stroll through the idyllic old town with its small alleys and half-timbered houses and indulge in culinary delights in the cozy restaurants and wine taverns. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

The spacious apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Erlenbach directly below the vineyards and offers a good start for long walks. Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.

Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. We charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
